5.1 The work, duties and powers of the National Archives shall be as follows:- 5.1.1 To register the documents received in accordance with section 6 and 7, 5.1.2 To organize the records. and keep it in a safe manner, 5.1.3 Prepare a list of records by classifying them as prescribed, 5.1.4 Print records or make copies as needed, 5.1.5 Necessary provisions regarding allowing any person to see or move records or giving copies 5.1.6 Provide necessary advice to the office regarding the safe keeping of documents, 5.1.7 Other duties, duties and rights of the National Archives shall be as prescribed.
